Building GlobeGlider: A Travel Blog Built with Content Strategy, SEO and Modern Web Tools

Problem

Our travel memories, notes, photos, and ideas were scattered across different places. I wanted one structured home for real travel stories, practical guides, and destination planning — not another folder of half-finished drafts.

Solution

I built GlobeGlider as a content-first travel blog with a clear structure for blog posts, destinations, categories, newsletter signup, and future growth. Each trip can become a story, a guide, or a destination card without losing the personal tone.

Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, GitHub, Vercel, Cursor, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted workflows for drafting, editing, and shipping content faster.

What I learned
